While working for a traditional storage company, my role evolved to focus on integrating storage management with vSphere, OpenStack, and eventually containerized environments. I was excited by the containers and Kubernetes could enable application developers to focus on solving their problems, while automatically being able to take advantage of a rich set of platform services. This, along with my passion for open source software, has led me to focus on cloud native technologies and how the open source community can continue to come up with amazing things. When not staring at a screen, I like to bike, travel, and spend time with my family.
